Privacy Policy
Last updated August 11, 2026
This policy covers omninetvision.com. Client data handled during an engagement is governed by the contract and any data processing agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything here.
What we collect
Three things, and only when you hand them over:
- Support tickets. The tenant identifier, reply-to address, severity, and description you type into the support form. It is emailed to our engineering queue and kept in that mailbox.
- Bookings. Scheduling a call goes through Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and whatever you write in the booking notes, and adds the event to our calendar. Cal.com is the processor for that step and handles the data under its own policy.
- Portal sign-ins. If you have a client portal account, Cloudflare Access records your email address and the time of each sign-in so we can tell who reached what.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics that follow you between sites. Nothing sold, rented, or shared with data brokers. If we ever add site analytics it will be a privacy-preserving, cookie-free measurement tool, and this policy will say so before it goes live.
Server logs
The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, path, user agent — for security and abuse prevention. We use them to investigate incidents, nothing else. Retention follows Cloudflare's platform defaults.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and portal authentication.
- Resend — delivery of support tickets to our mailbox.
- Cal.com — call scheduling.
Each processes only what its function requires. We add processors rarely, and update this list when we do.
How long we keep things
Support correspondence stays in the engineering mailbox as long as it is operationally useful, and is removed on request unless we need it for a legal or contractual reason. Portal accounts are deactivated when an engagement ends or when you ask.
Your choices
Write to info@omninetvision.com and ask for a copy of what we hold on you, a correction, or deletion. We will confirm your identity first and respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live you may have stronger statutory rights — under the CCPA in California, or the GDPR in the EU and UK. We honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised policy applies.
